Also read it when published. I think about 2018. Thought the book was ok up until the end but had a crap ending therefore havent bothered to recomend it to anyone.

Don't lie falace. It wasn't mentioned on that thread at all until after this one.
Don't know why people feel the need to deny the absolute genius of Swiss here. I mean, watching a telly show and enjoying it and then posting up a new thread about it a few weeks after it's started to let everyone know he liked it - that is fucking brilliant man. Bloke deserves all the praise he was originally getting before a bunch of negative nancys climbed on board.

Really dragging this out now! Was looking forward to it Having read the book! The guy playing the detective is terrible, Stephen King must be rolling in it. A few good diversions from the book havent spoilt the story
Casting is shit, Holly Gibney better portrayed in Mr Mercedes, which is a much better transfer to screen!
Four more episodes and it could be wrapped in two

Six episodes in already so not exactly Bruce Foresight.
I agree with collyrob, it started out really decent and has turned shit quick. I lost interest in the last episode.
